Should Manchester United Use Kagawa As A Bargaining Chip For Dortmund Star With 7 Goals In 12 Games? Player Report

I get the feeling that we are never going to hear the end of Shinji Kagawa's 'ordeal' at Manchester United until he leaves, despite the Japan  international getting a little of games recently. But that may be sooner rather than later, with The Times reporting that David Moyes may be open to use him as a bargaining chip to lure Marco Reus the other way.

Reus is a player who can change the course of a game single handedly. His creative levels are almost off the charts and this season he has already claimed five assists and made an additional 33 key passes in just 12 Bundesliga games, which tell you a lot about the player.

The Germany international is one who enjoys playing in the wide areas before cutting inside and offering a different option for his attacking team-mates, while he's also known to have a vicious strike on him. All 31 of his shots this season have come from relatively narrow angles, 22 of which have hit the target, and he has also scored seven league goals already.

Reus is a match winner, and that's exactly what United need right now. Wayne Rooney is proving just that, as is Robin van Persie, but to have one in a deeper role can only be beneficial.

Kagawa being played in a wide role is something that is frustrating spectators, and if Moyes doesn't fancy him in the side or is unable to get the best out of him then sending him back to Dortmund with Reus coming the other way could be brilliant for the club, in my opinion.
