    What Is Tottenham's Strongest XI

After seven games in the Premier League this season, Andre Villas-Boas has had a mixed bag. But here is what I consider his strongest 11. What do you think?

    Hugo Lloris - GK

The Frenchman sits on the edge of his box and waits to pounce on any stray balls and is a brilliant shot-stopper. By far the club's number 1.

     Kyle Walker - RB

The England international is a rapid, strong full-back who loves to get forward, but is questionable in his positioning, Still first choice.

    Jan Vertonghen - CB

The Belgian has established himself as number one choice at White Hart Lane with some brilliant performances.

    Michael Dawson - CB

A bit shaky, Dawson has found himself in the side because of injury to Younes Kaboul and Chiriches.

    Danny Rose - LB

With Benoit Assou-Ekotto on loan at Queens Park Rangers  it has left Rose to occupy the left-back berth.

    Sandro - CM

The Brazilian has displayed just how capable he really is over the last year and if it wasn't for injury he would have excelled even further.

    Etienne Capoue - CM

The Frenchman is currently sidelined, but proved to be a brilliant acquisition before he was injured in the north Lond derby.

    Paulinho - CM

The Brazilian is energetic, determined and can both tackle and play through balls.

    Andros Townsend - RM

Townsend has sparkled on the wings for Spurs and England and is one of the most promising youngsters in Europe.

    Christian Eriksen - LM

Although he's at his best in the central positions, the Denmark international is capable of playing in the wider areas.

    Roberto Soldado - ST

The Spaniard has a natural ability in front of goal - the composure, the awareness and the finishing attributes of a top, top striker.

I wonder if Gylfi Sigurdsson, who has scored 3 goals out of 4 open-play goals for Spurs in the Premier league this season makes the bench in this team of yours??. ;)

At the moment he is in goal scoring form for Spurs and fighting for his team every minute played. Probably the most underrated player in this team.

No, that's far too pedestrian a midfield - struggling to see the goals from anyone other than maybe Soldado. Play one of Capoue and Sandro, with Paulinho next to him, and Erikson central with Sigs from the left.
