AC Milan will be a good move for Balotelli (Video)

In the book 'The Game', the term “Peacocking” is one that regularly makes an appearance throughout the story. It means wearing an item or performing an act that will focus the attention on them, much like Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.

The Italian is a guaranteed story generator, be it his off-field antics with manager Roberto Mancini, attempting to decapitate opposing players or decking his Bentley out in complete camouflage paintwork; Super Mario has to be the centre of attention.

However, the Citizens appear to have had enough of the erratic front-man. Reports now suggest that Balotelli is all but set to sign for AC Milan, with the two teams believed to have agreed a fee that will see the 22-year-old move to the San Siro.

After playing for rivals Inter for a little over three years, at which point he turned up to a press conference sporting an AC Milan shirt with his name on the back, the opportunity to return to Italy's capital is reportedly one Balotelli has been pining for.

One top of that, after selling the fiery Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Paris St. Germain over the summer, the Rossoneri have been lacking a striker of his mental strength to lead the front-line. Balotelli is effectively the player to replicate the capabilities of the Swede and with the ammunition being provided by Stephan El Shaarawy, Kevin Prince Boateng and M'Baye Niang, Mario may finally be at a team where he can live up to his Super tag.
