The Good Side Of Carlos Tevez (Video)

When the name of Carlos Tevez is mentioned, most people are quick to abuse the striker because of his recent antics at Manchester City. I, on the other hand, think of the incredible talent that the player possesses.

Since arriving in the Premier League in 2006, Tevez has shown his brilliance in front of goal, as well as his natural talent of getting the best out of the players around him.

The way the Argentine is able scare defenders whilst running at them due to his exquisite trickery and football intelligence is something which all strikers wish they had the ability to do. Despite being only 5ft8, Tevez has the strength of a horse and often comes out on top when an opponent tries to muscle him off the ball, and the stocky striker is also surprisingly good in the air. His sheer hunger and desire to score goals while he is on the pitch puts him above most Premier League forwards, and this allows him to get into the most dangerous positions at all times.

Another attribute Tevez holds, is the aptitude to hit the net from almost anywhere on the pitch. Whether he is walloping the ball from 30-yards, linking up neatly with his team mates before rounding the keeper or simply nodding the ball into an empty net, Carlos Tevez is capable of scoring any goal imaginable.

After the confrontation with Roberto Mancini about the shenanigans that went on in Munich, Tevez has returned to Manchester looking slimmer than ever, he's helped himself to 3 goals in his first 3 games for City and is quickly returning to the player we were used to seeing a few years ago.

Whether “El Apache” continues his trade in the Premier League for much longer or whether he seeks pastures new, the main beneficiary of the talent of Carlos Tevez will always be the spectator.
