One legged footballer scores sublime volley (Video)

There are some things in sport that just make you think how incredible humanity really is.

The Olympics and Paralympics showed this in all it's glory how sport defies all categories we, as humans, give ourselves. No matter who you are, sport can give you that goosebump moment. Unless you don't like sport then, really, more fool you. You have no idea what you're missing.

Whilst this isn't quite a Usain Bolt or Mo Farah or David Weir making history in a “I saw that moment” this is equally life-affirming.

Outside of Oscar Pistorius, there are few well known examples of disabled athletes competing alongside able-bodied counterparts.

This will not be a well known example but it is fantastic to see.

This clip shows a footballer at a US college scoring a sublime volley from a corner.

The special bit? He has only one leg and plays on crutches.
Enjoy the sheer majesty of it.
