The Sun reports that Chelsea owner has produced an ambitious wish list, in an effort to produce the modern day galacticos.

The list consists of young promising players such as Everton’s Jack Rodwell, Villa’s Ashley Young, Wesley Sneijder and more, but most interestingly Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas.

Arsenal captain has been heavily linked to Barcelona this summer, as the Spaniard appears desperate for silverware. But the Chelsea chief plans to hijack a move and swoop for the Arsenal player maker who appears to be unsettle at the Emirates.
