    Cahill “optimistic” over a move to the Emirates

    The Mirror reports that Bolton centre half is hopeful of securing a move to North London this summer.

    Cahill has linked with the Gunners all season and the Arsenal hierarchy appears to have finally sanctioned a move for the England International, who is rated at £15million.

     Arsenal variability at the back has been evident all season and Arsene Wenger has been tacking the former Villa man for some time now and Cahill has told friends that he is confident over a move to Arsenal in the summer.
