Liverpool in for Arsenal’s contract rebel

It’s been well documented that Liverpool has placed a left back at the top of their wish list this summer and Liverpool are closing in on Arsenal full back Gael Clichy reports Caught Offside.

The French international was looking to for an increase on his current £50,000 wages, but Arsene has refused to break his policy and will be kept in line with the current wage structure of the club.

Liverpool’s director of football believes he can snap up the speedy full back for as little as £7million as Liverpool look set to build a team to challenge for the title next season.
