      Arsenal move for Udinese ace

      According to reports in Italy Arsenal are stepping up their efforts to sign Udinese midfielder Gokhan Inler.

       

      The 26-year old was considered a possible replacement for Roy Hodgson when Javier Mascherano left for Barca, but it now looks like a move to the Premiership with Arsenal is very much on.

       

      The Switzerland international is valued at around £8m and has caught the eye of a number Premiership clubs, but it is Arsenal who leads the way for the former FC Zurich man.
