GLAD'S HOUSE

Adam Gray

Adam Gray I am studying Journalism and English at Coventry University. I’m a 22-year-old wannabe Football Journalist currently working in retail whilst I gather some experience in the field, and try to make a name for myself. I am an avid fan of Crewe Alexandra but my passion extends to all areas of the sport I love.@MonkeyLunch21

Ben Green

I’m 42 and originally from south London. Since 2008 he has resided in Geneva, Switzerland. By day, a senior analyst in the global commodities markets and by night, a passionate writer of everything football. @Mrbengreen

Ben McAleer

After 23 wise years of life, I have come to realise I am far more comfortable with fingers on the keyboard than a ball at my feet. Having been brought into the world an enforced football fan, Ben hopes to put his Media Communications degree to good use in the competitive world of Sports Journalism. @BenMcAleer1

David P Harrison

My name is David Philip Harrison and I’m 2-years-old. I was born in Douglas, Isle of Man and I am currently studying and based in Newcastle. I gained an undergraduate degree at Newcastle University in BA Politics and History, and I’m due to begin an MA International Multimedia and Journalism degree. I have a passion for all things sport, in particular football and rugby, and have played internationally up until U17 level. I attended King William’s College on the Isle of Man and I am widely travelled through school and independently. My passion for football grew from the links passed through my great-grandfather, Dave Hutchison who was a professional footballer playing centre-half for Dundee FC, and later captain of South Shields in the 1920s.

Harry Hunt

This is the beginning of what I hope to be a long and successful career within the world of Sports Media. Studying Sports Journalism at Southampton Solent University, I aim to learn the techniques and skills of such a massive industry, with the corner stone of my experience starting here. @HarryHunt92

Harry O’Donnell

I’m currently in Australia studying and working, also getting up at silly o’clock to watch the Premier League! I’ve been here for just over a year; in which I’ve just started dabbing my feet in Journalism - like Jason Scotland’s attempts at playing in the Premiership. I’m hoping my writing is a lot better than his finishing...

James Haggis

I am a 20-year-old soon to be graduate from the University of Brighton whose passions have always been football and writing, so, my degree choice of Sport Journalism is hardly a surprise. Unfortunately, I wasn't graced with the skill to play the beautiful game, so I settle for obsessing over Chelsea FC. Being a successful Sports Journalist is the master plan, and if you like my work, head over to www.overtimeonline.co.uk and go to the football section for more.

James Riley

A borderline masochistic Southampton fan, with a love of all forms of the beautiful game. I studied Sport Journalism at the University of Brighton, graduating in 2010, and have been putting the football world to rights ever since.

James Shipp

The clichéd mantra, ‘if you’re good enough, you’re old enough’ feels appropriate for me, still a teen in a world of seasoned hacks.

I’ve been an aspiring Football Journalist for 36 months now... does that sound better than three years? I’m not sure.

Jon Vale

I’m a 21-year-old Sports Journalism student at the University of Brighton. Now entering my final year, I have sampled life on the sports desks of The Times and The Guardian, and also edit my course’s sport and youth culture website: ‘Overtime Online’. I am a big fan of all sports, but with a particular fondness for all things violent (boxing, MMA etc). My claim to fame is that I once had my nose broken by Olympic hopeful, Anthony Ogogo. @jonnievale.

Liam Curtis

I wish to address my journalistic appetite due to the early retirement in the world of football that now places me swapping shin pads for pen and paper. The same passion and desire can be found in my creative writing style, with the world of sport the life for me.

Mikey Mumford

My name’s Mikey and I am a freelance journalist and senior student at the University of Lincoln. I work as sports reporter for the Gainsborough Standard and I am a regular contributor to football’s weekly Non-League Paper. I currently serve as the sports editor of Lincoln’s premier student-run publication, The Linc - shortlisted for the Guardian Student Media Awards in 2009. For the last two years, I have written a weekly betting column for the online betting guide - Free Bet Finder.

Peter Mannion

I am 27-years-old. I am currently studying BA (Hons) in Sport Journalism at Southampton Solent University. Like any self-confessed Sports Journalists, I am passionate about all sports, but in particular I like football (soccer), rugby union, American football and boxing. I was born in Bury but grew up in Swindon. My footballing hero is Georgi Kinkladze. @mannion1983.

Ross Fisher

I am 23-year-old freelance sports, travel and feature journalist based in Essex. I have written for Loaded, Zoo, Front along with T3 magazine and I am a huge sports follower. I am also a self confessed 'goalkeeping geek' who plays semi-pro football. My claim to fame is that I once saved a penalty from Darren Bent as a schoolboy on trial with Charlton FC. I love voicing opinion and love a football debate over a pint. @Ross_Fisher

Scott Balaam

I am a freelance sports and travel journalist, and I have been involved with Football Friends Media since 2010 where I started as contributor, before progressing to my current position of Editor.

My two passions in life are football and travel; I am in my own personal heaven when I combine the two…

As one of the Senior Editors for Two Left Feet, I am delighted with the way the project has gone and cannot wait for you, the public to get to read our publication. @scottbalaam

Simon Bourne

My professional background is in Retail, Finance and latterly Marketing; hardly the CV of someone who sees himself working with a quill and fountain over the next 45 years. But, for the years that I ignored my football writing epiphanies through adolescent ignorance, I envisage a new profession: devoting energy and enthusiasm to the two greatest things in the world, football and journalism. @i3orny

Tom Henman

After teaching children the joys of football - and being forced to hang up my boots at 18 - I elected to join university with an ambition to write about the beautiful game. First year completed, I don't envisage another path in my career. I want to keep improving, enjoy my writing and hopefully, one day, join the amazing journalists that fill the back pages every morning.

Tommy Curran

I’m a freelance sportswriter who regularly writes for national titles and the country’s largest news agency, The Press Association. Based in the south-east of England, I studied Journalism at the University of Brighton before embarking on a career in the impecunious writing business. @ tommycurran91
