Next up is the 22-year-old Wissam Ben Yedder who plays his football for Toulouse. A Frenchman with Tunisian descent, Ben Yedder has been largely linked with a transfer to Liverpool this window because of the admiration Reds' boss Brendan Rodgers holds for the forward.

He has notched up 9 goals in just 15 starts in the current Ligue 1 season, 36% of his teams total. He has a handful of caps for the France U21 side and is expected to make the jump to the senior side in the near future, something which will surely increase the interest in the striker.

The deal may only be rumours right now and they have been somewhat thrown up in the air as Liverpool have secured the services of Chelsea man Daniel Sturridge, but the young man has a similar playing-style to what would be his striking partner, Luis Suarez.
