The Football Friends Program

The Football Friends Program offers young aspiring sports journalists a great opportunity where your contribution will make a real impact. You will receive compressive training, full support and performance related reviews. This will be invaluable experience for your future journalism career.

We hope our meticulous program will challenge and develop your skills as a writer. Over the course of our plan, you will be given tasks to complete but you will also be required to work independently and be pro active setting your own personal objectives.

If your intention is to simply write for fun and enjoy the challenge off writing we will fully support you. Our scheme is open to all, you simply require the same attitude to and philosophy as our budding journalists! Which include a passion for writing, passion for the game and a self motivated attitude.

Your articles will be read by thousands, offering you an extensive tangible online portfolio, which will help your CV stand out from the crowd.

During the Football Friends Program you will learn how to produce and deliver excellent content, you will be given feedback and reviewed rigorously to ensure your ability is pushed to the maximum. Weekly newsletters will be sent out and monthly webinars will be made available to help with our writer’s progression. You need to be proactive, self-motivated and have a passion for writing and football.
